Position: Director, President
Reza Mohammed obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of British Columbia in 1985. Mr. Mohammed has over 15 years of involvement with public companies and is expert in venture capital, mergers and acquisitions. This includes the completion of three CPC Qualifying Transactions in the mining and energy sectors. As President of Unity Energy Corp., he set the company on the path of uranium exploration in the Athabasca Basin. Currently, Mr. Mohammed is also President, CEO and Director of Portia Explorations Ltd. (PEL.P-TSXV) and Titus Capital Corp. (TIS.P-TSXV).

| | | Dr. Peter Born, Ph.D., P.Geo.
Position: Director
Dr. Peter Born, Ph.D., P.Geo., served as Senior Geologist and Resource Geologist of Western Mining (WMC). Dr. Born has over 30 years of exploration/mining experience including project evaluation/feasibility studies for senior and junior companies in Canada. Dr. Born served as Consultant/Senior Geologist, modeling the Aquarius ore body at Echo Bay Mines from January 1996 to May 2000. He served at RPS Energy Canada on natural gas. From May 2000 to December 2000, he served as a Consulting Geologist to three mineral exploration and development companies. He served in Archean terrains in Ontario and the Northwest Territories and was therefore intimately familiar with the opportunities presented Grandview in the exploration and development of the Red Lake Ontario and Rice Lake Manitoba greenstone belts. He served as the President of 1727856 Ontario Ltd. He serves as a Director of BOE Capital Corp. He has been a Director at Titus Capital Corp. since June 2010. He has been director of Deloro Resources Ltd. since June 27, 2011 Dr. Born has been a Director of Unity Energy Corp. since 2008, Grandview Gold Inc., since June 7, 2007 and August Metal Corporation (formerly, Cuda Capital Corp.), since August 2008. He served as an Independent Director of Alderon Resource Corp., from 2009 to December 2009. He served as a Director of CleanPath Resources Corp. (formerly, CanAm Uranium Corp.) from April 16, 2007 to February 19, 2008. He is a Fellow of the Geological Association of Canada. He is a Registered Professional Geologist with the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario. In 1976, Dr. Born earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from Carleton University, Ottawa, Ontario and subsequently earned an Msc. degree in Geology (1979) from Laurentian University, Sudbury, Ontario. Dr. Born holds a Ph.D. in Earth Sciences with expertise in Precambrian Sedimentary Geology, Basin Analysis, Sedimentology, Stratigraphy and Sedimentary Ore deposits.

Position: Director
Ms Algie, who is also a Director of Portia Explorations Ltd. ( PEL.P-TSXV), graduated from the University of British Columbia with and Honors Degree in Science. She has been involved in coporate finance and public relations for public companies over the last 8 years. Ms. Algie is President, CEO and Director of Unity Energy Corp ( UTY:TSX-V ), a Tier 2 TSX Venture Exchange Issuer actively engaged in Uranium exploration and development in the Athabasca Basin of Sakatchewan.
