| | | Louis P. Lees
Position: Chairman of the Board of Directors
Mr. Lees was educated in Alberta, Canada where he received his CMA -Certified Management Accountant degree in 1964.
Louis Lees began his career at Chevron in the exploration of oil and gas in Alberta and finished as manager of the Northern Division office in Alberta. Mr. Lees has worked with two Vancouver Stock Exchange companies. In 1980 he became President and CEO of Compass Resources Ltd., later United Compass Resources Ltd active in the Labrador Mining district. From 1997 to June 2002 he remained as Director of the successor company, Tartan Energy Inc, listed on the TSX Venture Exchange.

| | | Gerald F. Mackie
Position: Secretary, Director, CFO
Mr. Mackie was educated in Manitoba, Canada where he received his B.Sc degree in 1951 from the University of Manitoba, Winnipeg, Manitoba.
He was employed by a major oil company for five years and several independent oil companies for another five years before becoming an independent consultant to Calgary based oil and gas companies. Mr. Mackie specialized in drilling well site geology and he became a well-site Geological Consultant to numerous independent oil and gas companies throughout Western Canada.

| | | Bill Calsbeck
Position: Director
Bill brings over 25 years of capital markets and micro-cap experience to Deloro. Bill began his career in Banking and Trust services and after several years moved into the Human Resource field providing consulting services to clients such as the Vancouver Stock Exchange, Expo 86, MDA, and several major financial institutions. His duties extended from executive recruiting and board Member selection to financial planning, mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, and capital raising.
Bill brings a great deal of diverse experience to Deloro, having been involved in a wide variety of industries such as Oil and Gas, High Tech, Biotech, and Communications, and in raising hundreds of millions of dollars for client firms, both in equity and in capital market buying.

| | | Luigi Federico
Position: Director
Mr. Federico completed a Business Management Course at University of British Columbia. He started his own Company, Federico Enterprises Ltd and has been self employed for the last 15 years. He has real estate assets throughout British Columbia.
Mr. Federico joined the Board of Deloro Resources Ltd. as Director on June 6, 2005.
